Nimai Delgado is a vegan professional bodybuilder who has never eaten meat.
Aside from bodybuilding, he’s also a mechanical engineer, lifestyle coach, and motivational speaker.
In Generation V, Nimai brings a more conscious perspective on health and fitness.
Nimai interviews some of the top people in the health and fitness (and vegan) world, including Evanna Lynch (from Harry Potter!), Torre Washington, Kendrick Farris, Dorian Yates (6x Mr. Olympia) as well as many doctors leading the plant-based movement.
