Are you passionate about inspiring and supporting students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally, and eager to find an opportunity to accomplish this impact on a school wide basis?

If so, we want to hear from you.

Following a leadership review the opportunity exists for a suitably experienced, inspirational professional to spearhead our drive to ensure that all of our students benefit from a range of personal development and extended curriculum opportunities that foster aspiration and keep even the most disengaged of our students engaged in meaningful learning.

From September 2020, you will both lead at a strategic level and model outstanding personal practice to highly motivated and capable colleagues, who increasingly appreciate the powerful potential of aspiration, enrichment and extended support.

You will have:

  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • a warm professional rapport
  • a genuine empathy for students’ needs.
